Key Responsibilities:🔹 RecruitmentIdentify and hire sales executives, telecallers, and field sales representatives across different regions. Create job postings on Naukri, Indeed, and social media platforms. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule in-person or online interviews. Handle end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements. 🔹 Training & OnboardingDevelop basic sales training programs (product knowledge, lead handling, communication, CRM tools). Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires. Monitor performance of new sales recruits during probation.
