Job Description

✅ Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach potential B2B customers via calls, emails, and leads. • Understand customer requirements related to our Materials. • Provide product information, pricing, and samples as needed. • Prepare and send product catalogs and quotations. • Follow up regularly to close orders and maintain strong customer relationships. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. • Coordinate with the supply and support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (written & spoken). • Basic knowledge of sales (we will provide training if needed). • Target-driven and motivated to perform in a B2B sales environment. • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. • Ability to work independently and report regularly. • Computer knowledge – WhatsApp/ excel. • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives • Growth Opportunity in a rapidly growing business • Work from Office (Pune – Talawade MIDC)
