Job Description: Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Person to promote and sell our services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, passionate about sales, and capable of building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales.
Promote the company’s services through calls, meetings, and presentations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Marketing (education industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with persuasive speaking ability.
Strong customer service attitude and result-driven mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
