When life gives you lemons and your first instinct is to see your teammates in them, Lemon Yellow is the place for you. If you understand how to put the human in Human Resources, you will be the perfect fit. Lemon Yellow LLP has an HR Executive position waiting just for you.

What do we need from you?

Be a people’s person.
A good understanding and knowledge of the HR cycle is pretty much a must.
Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
Assist in daily coordination between the team and management.
Be a team player - manage HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
Wear the detective’s hat: sort out quality resumes and CVs and assist in shortlisting candidates.
Always be on the lookout for new recruitment platforms.
Form a connection with campuses and institutions for recruitment.
Working on Applicant Tracking System - a familiarity with the ATS definitely wouldn’t hurt.
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Be an ambassador of our culture - work on different employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or the equivalent.
Communication and leadership skills are always a plus.
Efficient time management is the solution to half the problems.
