Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll coordination. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll data, etc.)
• Assist in organizing training and development programs
• Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Coordinate performance appraisal and employee feedback sessions
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to improve HR processes and strategies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role preferred
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
