Job Description:

We are seeking an entry level experience HR Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture that supports our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Coordinate and conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

2. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, and work to resolve them effectively.

- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and events.

3. Performance Management:

- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes.

- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

- Ensure all employee records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

5. Benefits Administration:

- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

- Collaborate with external providers to manage benefits effectively.

6. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

7. HR Reporting:

- Prepare and present HR reports to management, summarizing key HR metrics and trends.

- Analyze data to make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a fast-paced environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent communication in english and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
