Location: Noida, Sector-63
Stipend: 6K to 10K per month
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Internship (Full-time)

About the Role:
We are urgently hiring an HR Intern to support daily HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or HR students to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment like sourcing, screening, coordinating, and scheduling interviews.Maintain and update databases, job postings, and recruitment trackers.Support onboarding processes, documentation, and employee induction.Help organise employee engagement activities and internal HR events.Handle HR operations tasks including attendance tracking, file management, and updating HR MIS.Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on task completion.Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manners.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
