HR Executive Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fresher HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about kick-starting a career in HR. You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and assisting with day-to-day HR operations, focusing on recruitment support, employee documentation, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities-

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms (job portals, social media, internal databases).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings of entry-level candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and manage new joiner documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and employee contracts.
• Assist in conducting new employee induction and orientation sessions.

Qualifications and Skills (Fresher Focus)-

• Education: Master's degree (MBA)specializing in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Ability to exercise Discretion and Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
