Location: Noida, Sector-63

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Internship (Full-time)

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring an HR Intern to support daily HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or HR students to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update databases, job postings, and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding processes, documentation, and employee induction.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR events.
• Handle HR operations tasks including attendance tracking, file management, and updating HR MIS.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on task completion.
• Perform additional HR tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
