Join InteliX Systems and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impact. 📍 Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Onsite) 🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) 📅 Experience: 4–6 Years Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters Manage onboarding, induction, confirmations, and exit processes Communicate and implement company policies, handbooks, and updates Maintain accurate employee records, leave, and attendance using HRMS (preferably Keka) Process payroll efficiently through platforms like Razorpay Ensure statutory compliance with PF, PT, ESI, and income tax regulations Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Support performance management activities such as goal setting and evaluations Assist with audits, HR documentation, and policy compliance Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and HR strategy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR executive role Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) and payroll tools (like Razorpay) Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESI, Income Tax) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) What We Offer: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Professional growth and career advancement opportunities A collaborative and supportive work culture Involvement in impactful, people-focused projects Cab drop facility for female employees 📩 Interested?
