Job Description

Job Title: HR with PRO Responsibilities

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Reports To: Director / CEO

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The HR with PRO responsibilities will manage all aspects of human resources functions along with handling Public Relations Officer duties such as compliance, statutory filings, liaison with government authorities, and handling labour law compliance. The candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, employee relations, and effective PRO management for regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

HR Functions

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and employee engagement

initiatives.

  • Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and maintain

employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.
  • Provide leadership and support to the HR team and managers.
  • Organize training programs and professional development.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.

PRO (Public Relations Officer) Functions

  • Liaise with government departments including labour, factories, shops

and establishment, PF, ESI, and other statutory authorities.

  • Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns, registrations, and

licenses.

  • Manage work permits, visas, and compliance documentation for

employees.

  • Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure organizational

compliance.

  • Handle audits related to labour and statutory compliances.
  • Facilitate inspections and compliance visits by authorities.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and legal advisors for PRO matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or

related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager with PRO handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, PF, ESI, and

other regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and documentation management.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in HR management with at least 2 years handling PRO

responsibilities.

  • Experience with audits, government inspections, and legal

documentation.

  • HR certification will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
