HR Executive

1. Sales Team Attendance & Productivity Tracking  Monitor daily login/logout, presence/absence/leave status of Sales Executives, Promoters, and ISDs using tools like Trackolap or HRMS.  Maintain daily MIS: Present, Absent, Late Entry, Leave, and Reason Tracking.  Match daily presence with actual sales contribution – order count, value, and zone.  2. Sales Order & Billing Coordination  Receive and validate orders shared by field teams.  Coordinate with backend team to ensure orders are processed and indents are generated in ERP for billing.  Maintain order tracking sheet – including Primary & Secondary Sales, scheme-wise performance.  3. Sales Hierarchy Performance Dashboard  Build and update structured reports from Promoter > SO > ASM > ZM level.  Analyse and share daily/weekly/monthly unit sales performance by hierarchy, zone, and product category.  Flag low-performance zones, inactive ISDs, or absentee patterns.  4. Incentive and Salary Support  Prepare attendance-based and performance-based justification sheets for salaries and incentives.  Work closely with HR Head and Finance team to support payroll with transparent backing data.  Flag issues like fake attendance, non-performing present staff, or misreported field activity.  5. Recruitment & Onboarding Support  Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding of ISDs, promoters, and sales support staff.  Conduct initial telephonic screening and documentation follow-ups.  Maintain updated manpower database by zone, location, and designation.  6. HR Operations and Admin Tasks  Daily coordination with field team for manpower, attendance, query resolution, and support.  Maintain HR master data sheets, reporting formats, and department calendar.  Support policy implementation, document filing, and coordination with HO.
