As a New Car Sales Consultant at Toyota, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm. You will use your knowledge of Toyota vehicles to match customers with the right new car that suits their needs, preferences, and budget while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Toyota models. Present vehicle features and benefits clearly, conducting test drives when appropriate. Explain pricing, warranties, financing options, and dealership policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, trims, promotions, and inventory. Guide customers through the complete sales process—from inquiry to closing the deal. Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation using CRM tools and dealership systems. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
