Job Description

You will play a vital role as a Sales Consultant in our team, where your primary focus will be on promoting and selling electric scooters. Your main responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional showroom experiences. Your daily tasks will involve welcoming walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable electric vehicle models. You will also be responsible for providing detailed information on product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Conducting test rides, demonstrating key vehicle functionalities, and following up with leads from various sources will be crucial aspects of your role. Meeting monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the dealership will be key performance indicators for you. Additionally, you will support customers throughout the booking, documentation, and delivery processes. It will be essential for you to stay updated on EV trends, competitor products, and industry developments to better serve our customers. Utilizing CRM tools to record and track customer interactions and sales data will be part of your daily routine. Ensuring the proper upkeep of the showroom and readiness of display/demo vehicles will also fall under your responsibilities. This is a full-time position that comes with a range of benefits, including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.,
