Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in promoting and selling electric scooters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a professional showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable EV models.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options in detail.
• Conduct test rides and demonstrate key vehicle functionalities.
• Follow up with leads from various sources including walk-ins, digital inquiries, and referrals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the dealership.
• Support customers through the booking, documentation, and delivery process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EV trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
• Use CRM tools to record and track customer interactions and sales data.
• Ensure proper showroom upkeep and readiness of display/demo vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
