Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Commercial Executive to join our finance and commercial operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing GST, TDS, income tax compliance, as well as handling trade payables, receivables, and general accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: GST Compliance • Filing monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) • GSTR-2B reconciliation and resolution of input mismatches • Preparation and filing of annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C) • Coordination for GST audits and record maintenance TDS Compliance • Timely deduction and deposit of TDS • Filing TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q) Income Tax Compliance • Basic understanding and assistance in filing income tax returns Accounts Payable (Trade Payables) • Managing vendor payments, reconciliation, and ageing reports Accounts Receivable (Trade Receivables) • Follow-up on customer payments and account reconciliation • Preparing debtor ageing and collection reports Sales & Commercial Operations • Support billing operations and credit term management • Understand pricing, margins, and coordination with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams • Assist in preparing MIS reports and commercial summaries General Accounting • Journal entries and cash/bank reconciliations • Day-to-day accounting activities • Support for internal and statutory audits Key Skills: • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax laws • Excellent Excel and accounting software proficiency • Good communication and coordination abilities • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
