Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Sector 40 D, Chandigarh
Experience: 2 – 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Manage billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audits (internal & external).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Graduate in Commerce or a related field.
• Strong communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
