We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, payroll support, statutory compliance coordination, and bank/client office visits.
This role involves a mix of office accounting work and limited field coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Daily accounting entries in accounting software (Tally / Vyapar)
Sales, purchase, and expense entry
Bank reconciliation
Client & vendor ledger maintenance
Outstanding receivables and payables tracking
Work order to invoice mapping
Payroll, PF & ESI
Staff wage and salary preparation
PF & ESI calculation and working sheets
Maintain payroll and statutory registers
Coordinate PF/ESI filings with CA/consultant
Daily Expenses & Cash Handling
Maintain petty cash register
Record daily and site-wise expenses
Upload and organize bills in Google Drive
Track staff, site, and vendor advances
Compliance Support
Prepare GST & TDS data for CA filing
Maintain statutory due-date tracker
Support audits and inspections with required data
Bank & Client Coordination
Bank visits for cheque deposits
Submission and collection of documents from client offices
Maintain visit and submission records
Additional Support
Subcontractor billing support
Asset and tool register maintenance
Data support for bank and audit requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,014.87 per month
