As a financial accountant at our company, your role will involve preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and statements. You will be responsible for performing monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in all financial entries. Additionally, you will manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Your support will be crucial in preparing financial reports, MIS, and providing budgeting assistance to the management. Collaboration with auditors for internal and statutory audits will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Furthermore, you will assist the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements. - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial entries. - Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. - Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and budgeting support for management. - Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. - Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. - Support the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred). - 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. - Good knowledge of Tally / ERP software and MS Excel. - Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Good communication and analytical skills.
