Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive at Shree Lakshmi Agri Foods Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring statutory compliance. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Knowledge of GST Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3, GSTR-3B, GSTCMP-08, GSTR-9 Annual Return, GSTR-9C, and GSTR-4). - Understanding of GST Invoicing, GST compliance, GST Audits, GST input tax, GST refunds, and GST disputes. - Handling Purchase & Sales Entries, TDS Preparation, and preparation of financial statements like balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. - Monitoring and reconciling bank statements, as well as preparing and posting journal entries. - Assisting in budget preparation, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS and PF. - Performing internal audits to identify potential risk areas, interpreting financial data, and providing insights to senior management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime/Busy. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy.
