Role Overview

HR Executives (Freshers / 01+ years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding

Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Ensure joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related support.
Address basic employee queries on HR policies.
Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Collect feedback and assist in implementing engagement initiatives.
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions/workshops.
Support preparation of training materials and maintain attendance records.
HR Projects & Compliance
Contribute to HR projects such as wellness, diversity, and inclusion.
Support the HR team in ensuring policy adherence and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related fields (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
01+ years of experience
in HR (internships/final year projects in HR will be considered).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn HR systems, processes, and best practices.
Flexibility to work in
night shifts
