HR Executive (Female)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Your role will involve promoting positive employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving issues efficiently. Leading recruitment, supporting talent development, engagement, and retention strategies will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will oversee and enhance HR systems, policies, and procedures. Fostering inclusivity, administering a performance management system, and providing HR insights to the leadership will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives - Promote positive employee relations, address grievances, and resolve issues - Lead recruitment and selection processes - Support talent development, engagement, and retention strategies - Oversee and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment - Administer a performance management system to encourage high performance - Provide data-driven HR insights and decision support to the leadership Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an HR Specialist or similar role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in HR software and databases - Strategic mindset with leadership capabilities - Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills - Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Additional Details: This is a full-time position offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement. The schedule is for a day shift, with a preference for availability during the day shift.
