Eventoq is an innovative platform by Witty Wrap Technology Pvt. Ltd. that simplifies the event planning and service booking experience. From venues to makeup artists, Eventoq connects customers with verified service providers—streamlining the entire event planning process in one place. As we grow, we are looking for a passionate HR Executive who can help us build a strong team by hiring the right talent and nurturing them into valuable team members. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Create and post job ads on various platforms. Employee Onboarding & Training: Manage onboarding processes for new hires. Design and conduct basic orientation and training programs to help new employees settle into their roles. Track performance of new hires during the probation period. HR Operations & Coordination: Maintain employee records and attendance. Ensure a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives. Assist in developing HR policies and processes as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Passion for team building and people management. Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and HR software is a plus.
