HR Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will handle the core HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, while also supporting client communication and assisting in business development efforts. This dual-role position is perfect for someone looking to contribute to both people and business strategy in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Conduct induction programs and coordinate training sessions. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Monitor employee engagement and coordinate team-building activities. Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure HR policies are followed. Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR practices. Client & Business Development Support: Coordinate with the Business Development team to prepare pitch decks and HR-related documentation for client onboarding. Assist in managing relationships with existing clients by providing timely HR/technical resource updates. Participate in client calls/meetings as needed to understand manpower requirements or project expectations. Collaborate with technical leads to forecast hiring needs based on project pipelines. Maintain and update CRM tools or business development trackers with client and candidate data. Assist with proposal writing and follow-up communication with potential clients.
