Job Description

Position Overview:

Creative Carve Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Executive - HR. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setup, including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels, including workmen and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for staff and workmen.
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee master data and records in HRIS/ERP.

2. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare programs.
  • Support grievance handling and employee queries.
  • Assist in welfare facilities like canteen, transport, safety & health activities.

3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations

  • Track attendance, leaves, and overtime for staff and workmen.
  • Assist in payroll processing in coordination with Accounts/Payroll team.
  • Handle employee letters (offer, confirmation, increment, transfer, exit letters).

4. Statutory Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure proper documentation for statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing data for inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
  • Maintain contract labour records and ensure vendor compliance with statutory laws.

5. Training & Development Support

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Collect feedback and maintain training records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of HR operations and labour laws in a manufacturing setup.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (able to deal with shop floor and staff).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR), MSW, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
