Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws such as Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other relevant acts.
  • Timely filing of statutory returns and renewal of licenses (Factory License, CLRA, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Liaise with statutory bodies such as Labor Department, PF Office, ESIC Office, Factory Inspector, and other government agencies.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team for statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
