HR Executive Compliance

We Required of Knowledgeable, Skilled and 3-5 Years Experience candidate for this profile:- 1.Manage end-to-end PF and ESIC compliance for all employees. 2.Timely registration and de-registration of employees under PF & ESIC schemes. 3.Ensure monthly challan preparation and payment for PF and ESIC contributions. 4.Filing of statutory returns under PF and ESIC (e.g., ECR filing, ESIC returns). 5.Coordinate with EPFO and ESIC authorities for inspections, audits, and employee grievances. 6.Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory compliance. 7.Update and maintain employee records in HRMS or payroll system with PF/ESIC data. 8.Assist employees in UAN generation, PF withdrawals, transfer requests, and ESIC claims. 9.Monitor changes in statutory regulations and ensure adherence. 10.Handle labour law audits and inspections related to PF/ESIC and provide necessary documentation. 11.Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants for compliance-related support.
