The Junior Executive – HR will assist in executing day-to-day HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and record maintenance.
1.Assisting in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
2.Support new hire onboarding, induction sessions, and documentation formalities.
3.Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
4.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
5.Support other HR activities and projects as assigned.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Positive attitude, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or internship experience in HR preferred.
