Job Title: Instructional Designer (Video Content)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional videos, e-learning modules, and digital training materials.
• Create detailed scripts, storyboards, and visual outlines for video content.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and convert it into clear learning experiences.
• Use authoring tools (e.g., Storyline) to build interactive content.
• Ensure instructional design standards, learning principles, and brand guidelines are met.
• Edit, revise, and improve content based on feedback.
• Conduct quality checks on learning modules before release.
• Work with multimedia teams (video editors, animators, voice-over artists) to bring learning content to life.
• Stay updated on learning technologies, instructional strategies, and digital tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as an Instructional Designer.
• Strong experience in

  Articulate Storyline

  and similar e-learning authoring tools.
• Proficiency in tools/software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, or other video editing/animation tools (any combination acceptable).
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging scripts and storyboards.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex content into simple, effective learning materials.
• Good project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing microlearning videos or scenario-based learning.
• Exposure to LMS platforms and SCORM compliance.
• Background in hospitality, corporate training, or similar industries (added advantage).
