Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive ( female candidate can apply) Location: SK Puri, Patna Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Education: Graduate in Human Resource Management or a relevant field --- Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, and supporting day-to-day administrative and HR functions. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build a strong career in HR. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring Manage the onboarding process and ensure smooth induction of new employees Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation Coordinate with different departments to support HR policies and procedures Perform general administrative duties such as attendance management, leave records, and office coordination Assist in organizing training and development sessions Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws --- Required Skills: Knowledge of HR recruitment and onboarding processes Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) --- Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of HR/Admin experience Must be based in or willing to relocate to SK Puri, Patna Candidates from HR or related educational backgrounds will be preferred ---
