Account Manager- project

Job Title: Account Manager – Projects Location: satelite Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: 3 to 4 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager – Projects to handle day-to-day financial operations, sales and purchase accounting, and project-related financial tracking. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally, Excel, and overall financial management, along with coordination for statutory compliances like GST and TDS. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting entries in Tally. Maintain sales, purchase records, and general ledger. Handle petty cash, vouchers, and expense tracking. Prepare and maintain project-wise financial reports. Banking & Payroll: Handle banking operations including deposits, reconciliations, and fund transfers. Manage monthly salary processing and maintain payroll records. Taxation & Compliance: Coordinate with consultants for GST filings; ensure monthly data readiness. Handle TDS deduction, payment, and records. Invoicing & Documentation: Generate and issue accurate invoices on time. Maintain records for audits and internal review. Support external and internal audits with necessary documentation. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with the sales, procurement, and project teams for financial coordination. Prepare periodic MIS reports using MS Excel. Key Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) Good understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Strong communication and coordination skills.
