Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Sector 14, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Maintain pay plans and benefits programs, assessing training needs and monitoring programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance in human resource management.

Job Requirements

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or another HR Executive.
People-oriented and results-driven with demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases, and the ability to architect strategy with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Good communication skills with a pleasing personality.
