Job Description:
We are looking to hire an HR & Admin Executive with at least 3 years experience. The desired candidate needs to be well versed with HR functions in an organization.
The key tasks involved are listed below.
1. Responsible for Employee Management Life Cycle from hiring, engagement, retention to exit
· Sourcing potential candidates through online channels like Naukri, LinkedIn & other social platforms and professional networks.
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
· Organize and plan an induction program for new hires.
· Manage employee relations activities and employee issues.
· Ensure effective communication of HR Systems and Policies and consistent application across levels and locations.
· Handle employee issues and grievances, document data and processes.
· Work towards progressive automation of manual HR processes
· Any other work allotted from time to time from the HR department
· Work in close coordination with the management to capture key expectations form the human resources function and provide efficient service and support to them.
· Maintaining HR records by recording new hires, transfers, and changes using ZOHO payroll software. Working knowledge of ZOHO is preferred.
2. Monitor implementation of HR systems
· Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Career and Succession Planning etc.
· Responsible for maintaining all HR records related to leave and attendance in the internal system.
· Sharing daily reporting on attendance.
· Daily/weekly report on performance measurement using software such as Flowace.
3. Office Administration

· Processing monthly salary for staff and contractors.
· Issue invoices to contractors and additional clients.

Desired Candidates Profile:-
An office administrator who has handled HR roles in a firm. The candidate is expected to work full-time out of our office in Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, New Delhi.
· Candidate should be Graduate and preference will be given to MBA.
· Good Computer skills.
· Good English and Hindi writing & speaking skills.
· Responsible and able to take independent decisions.
· Organize and maintain personnel records.
· Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
· Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.
· Calling for new hiring employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
