Role & responsibilities

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations,

including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management,

compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role requires strong communication

skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various departments.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate databases and pipelines.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
• Manage joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
• Execute exit processes: resignation acceptance, F&F initiation, exit interviews.

3. Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements).
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF).
• Maintain HR audit and compliance documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan and execute HR engagement activities and events.
• Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.
• Support employee relations and team-building initiatives

5. Performance Management

• Drive the performance appraisal cycle (mid-year & annual).
• Support managers in goal-setting and KPI alignment.
• Track employee performance issues and improvement plans.

6. HR Policies & Process Improvement

• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
• Recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
• Support organizational development and culture-building programs.
