Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Manage job postings across portals, professional networks, and referrals.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Generalist HR (30%)

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
25 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and sourcing ability.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in or near Andheri West, Mumbai.
Preference: Male candidates who can join immediately.
