Ensure every service job is completed with the highest standards of quality and within the stipulated time. Serve as a key point of contact for customer escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer loyalty. Monitor workshop performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI). Implement and enforce all company and Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) safety and service protocols. Oversee vehicle diagnostics and ensure the use of genuine spare parts and proper tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical diploma. 8-12 years of experience in a vehicle service workshop, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proven experience in a Maruti Suzuki dealership is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control. Deep knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics, and modern workshop practices.
