We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our back-office team at a leading Maruti Suzuki dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including sales invoicing, banking, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales invoices and managing cash flow.
Handling daily bank reconciliation and ledger management.
Assisting with preparing financial reports and documentation.
Ensuring all financial transactions are compliant with company policies and tax regulations.
Collaborating with the sales and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
