Finance Executive

KRA Executive (GST)

1. Timely and accurate filing of all GST returns

   including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and e-invoicing compliance.

2. Monthly reconciliation

   of GSTR-2A/2B, purchase register, sales register, and e-way bills to ensure error-free compliance.

3. Effective ITC management,

   including tracking eligible ITC, reversals, vendor follow-ups, and ensuring proper utilization.

4. Handling GST documentation and audit readiness

   , including maintaining ledgers, records, and supporting statutory/internal audits.

5. Resolution of GST queries and notices

   and providing compliance updates to management through periodic MIS reports.

Candidate Profile Executive (GST)

• Experience:

  2–5 years of hands-on experience in GST compliance, accounting, and reconciliations.

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of GST laws, rules, circulars, and latest amendments.
  
• Proficiency in GSTR filing, reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bill systems.
  
• Practical experience with ITC rules, GST audits, and departmental queries.
  
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting ERPs.
  

• Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  

• Industry Preference:

  Manufacturing/FMCG/Herbal/Nutraceutical sector experience is an added advantage.
