Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Development, QA, DevOps, UI/Frontend, Mobile, Cloud, Automation, etc.)
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and resume databases
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closure
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipeline reports, and hiring dashboards
  • Support basic HR operations including onboarding coordination and documentation
  • Support employee engagement and general HR activities as required

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
