Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Software Development, QA, DevOps, UI/Frontend, Mobile, Cloud, Automation, etc.)
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and resume databases
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closure
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipeline reports, and hiring dashboards
Support basic HR operations including onboarding coordination and documentation
Support employee engagement and general HR activities as required

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 4 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
Hands-on experience sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
