Role & responsibilities Responsible for design/implementation of the new features/solutions that supports customer use cases in existing/new software products. Work in an agile team environment that practices continuous improvement when planning, estimating, and building software. Deliver on sprint commitments by working proactively with stakeholders to identify and navigate obstacles. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including Architects, QA, Product Management, and others to delight our clients. Mentor their team members on new technologies, architecture, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement/continuous deployment (Hosting and DevOps) across teams Preferred candidate profile Experienced in developing large-scale web applications with strong knowledge of architecture, full-stack development using .NET 4.8+, .Net Core, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, SQL Server. Proficient in relational database design, optimization, and implementation of complex SQL Server solutions including queries, stored procedures, and triggers. Proficient in developing frontend using Angular or ReactJS. Server solutions including queries, stored procedures, and trigger Skilled in applying software design principles to resolve legacy system challenges, with a solid understanding of UI and UX best practices. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices and design principles, with a commitment to self-driven learning of new tools and technologies
