Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business functions. The ideal candidate will attract, source, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and position specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
Conduct telephonic/virtual pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers and HR systems regularly.
Manage offer negotiation, salary fitment, and pre-onboarding formalities.
Enhance employer branding and improve the candidate engagement experience.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
36 years of experience in recruitment (BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work within tight deadlines.
Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in bulk hiring/campus recruitment (if applicable).
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and result-oriented.
