Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and offer extension. Coordinate joining formalities for new hires and exit formalities for outgoing employees. Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure accurate attendance management, payroll processing, and leave management systems are up-to-date. Conduct HR generalist activities such as policy implementation and compliance checks. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment industry. Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in HR administration tasks like joining & exit formalities, grievance handling & redressal.
