As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include communication with customers over the call or via chat channels through social media platforms such as Instagram & Whatsapp, guiding the customer in configurating the perfect PC for their needs. Educating them about the hardware compatibility, quality and performance, managing sales activities and communicating & coordinating with other teams within the organization.3 Months of training will be provided to the selected individuals.Qualifications:Knowledge of computer components and technologyExcellent communication skillsCustomer centric approachExperience in the computer hardware industry is a plus but not must. Role DescriptionContent Creation & Strategy:Write compelling product descriptions, specifications, and comparisons for computer parts such as GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and power supplies.Develop SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and buying guides to help customers make informed purchase decisions.Create engaging website content, category pages, banners, and promotional material.Collaborate with the marketing team to craft email campaigns, social media posts, and newsletters.Product Research & Industry Insights:Stay updated on the latest trends in the tech and gaming hardware industry.Perform in-depth research on new product launches, reviews, and features.Identify customer pain points and address them through informative and solution-driven content.SEO Optimization & ReportingImplement SEO best practices in all written content, including meta descriptions, keywords, and headings.Monitor and improve content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or other SEO platforms.Track keyword rankings and recommend strategies to improve organic visibility.Proofreading & Editing:Ensure that all content is accurate, error-free, and aligns with the brands tone and voice.Edit and proofread existing content to maintain consistency across the platform.Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to align content with campaigns and product launches.Coordinate with the SEO team to improve on-page optimization and enhance visibility.QualificationsExperience:2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry.Experience with computer hardware products and gaming equipment is highly desirable.Key Skills:Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Excellent knowledge of SEO and experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.Familiarity with WordPress, CMS platforms, and e-commerce product management tools.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Technical Knowledge ( NOT A MUST ):Basic understanding of PC components like graphics cards, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, and storage devices.Passion for technology, gaming, or computer hardware is a major advantage.Role & responsibilities
