Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee engagement activities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, performance appraisals, and leave management.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including offer generation and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee HR generalist activities like payroll management, HR administration, and performance evaluation.
  • Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance handling mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on generalist activities.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective grievance redressal and employee engagement initiatives.
