Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive position based in Udaipur. The primary responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and policy implementation. This role focuses on the employee lifecycle after hiring, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws. Recruitment and talent acquisition activities are not part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries and concerns

Support conflict resolution and employee relations initiatives

Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement programs

Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires after offer acceptance

Conduct HR orientations and ensure completion of required documentation

Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and final documentation

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official documentation

Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data updates

Policy & Compliance

Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines

Support audits and maintain statutory HR documentation

Performance Management Support

Assist in performance appraisal cycles and documentation

Track goals, reviews, and performance-related records

Support managers with performance improvement processes

Compensation & Benefits Support

Administer employee benefits programs

Support payroll inputs, salary revisions, and benefits enrollments

Respond to employee queries related to compensation and benefits

Learning & Development

Coordinate training programs and internal learning initiatives

Track training participation and maintain development records.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally

Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Location : Nathdwara ( Udaipur )

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
