Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end

    HR operations

    including joining, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Manage

    statutory compliances

    such as PF, ESI, labour laws, contractor compliance, and coordination with consultants.
  • Coordinate

    recruitment activities

    including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollout.
  • Maintain

    employee records, MIS reports, and HR documentation

    accurately.
  • Act as a point of contact for site employees, contractors, and management for HR-related matters.
  • Support audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 36 years of experience in

    HR operations and statutory compliance

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    PF, ESI, labour compliance

    , preferably in construction / infrastructure / site-based roles.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting.

Qualification:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
