Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling dates, times, and locations with interviewers.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates during the offer generation process.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires by coordinating with HR team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources management.
  • Strong communication skills for effective telephonic conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in mass mailing, sourcing profiles on job portals like Naukri.com etc., conducting exit interviews.
