Job Description

Looking for a smart commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com) with 1 2 years of experience (or strong freshers) for an Accounts & Admin role.

Role & Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally
Manage payment follow-ups and recovery calls from clients and students
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and EPF returns timely
Track income/expenses and assist in monthly MIS reporting
Ensure proper documentation of receipts, invoices, and vouchers
Coordinate with internal teams for financial queries and updates
Suggest and implement ways to reduce operational expenses and optimize resources.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and email handling
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and EPF filings
Good verbal and written communication (English + Marathi/Hindi)
Smart, quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Candidate Requirement:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Willing to learn new tools, policies, and accounting methods
Understands the value of company money and works smart to manage it
Lives nearby and is willing to work full-time from the office.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
Experience:
1 2 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong basics can apply)
Ability to commute/relocate:
Must be able to commute or relocate to Pimple Saudagar, Pune.
