Job Description

  • Preparing Quotations and sending to clients over email.
  • Preparing Invoices and sending to clients over email.
  • Attending Office calls and coordinating with other office staff
  • Follow up calls/emails with clients for Payments
  • Preparing site reports, survey reports, valuation reports or any other typing work.
  • Preparing monthly Invoice and GST statements
  • Experience in use of Tally required. TDS & GST experience (will be added advantage)
  • Preparing Outstanding Statements weekly.
  • Maintaining expenses and preparing monthly reports
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies
  • Monitoring leave sheet for all the employees
  • Any other task related to curriculum

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
