Key Responsibilities:

Manpower budgeting, planning and sourcing - includes both on roll and blue collared staffing
Talent management, employee engagement and PMS
Tier 1/2 colleges with some manufacturing or/and logistics work experience (5-8 years)
Develop and implement effective manpower budgeting and planning strategies.
Source and recruit top talent through various channels.
Manage and engage employees to enhance productivity and performance.
Design and implement talent management programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
